Hatha Yoga for Adults and Children teacher
I am a British Wheel trained Yoga teacher with the Children's Module as my additional Specialism. I have also undertaken extensive training with John Scott and Denise Martin-Harker in Astanga Vinyasa Yoga.
I have two children with special needs and offer inclusive Yoga classes. Please e-mail to arrange to discuss your particular needs.
I have a background in Psychology and Social Work and am interested in the therapeutic application of Yoga.
