Felt Making teacher
I have a degree in Textile Design and a PGCE to teacher Design and Technology at secondary school level. I have also had experience teaching textiles to adults with visual impairments and learning difficulties. I have been felting for approximately 8 years and sell my work online. I now teach felt making evening classes at Ripon College, and run a series of felt making workshops.

Make a beautiful wet felted bag using a resist (no seams). This workshop has the option to make a monster bag if you wish. Suitable for beginners.

Learn to make wet felted bowls and vases using a resist.

Felt Jewellery
Using both wet a needle felting make a range of components that can be used to make stunning jewellery. Learn to make sculptured flower brooches, felt beads and rope, as well as needle felted brooches.

THE SMALL PRINT
The workshops are £25 which covers all your material costs. To book a place you need to pay a £10 deposit. The rest is payable on the day. The £10 is non refundable, but if you can't make the workshop you can transfer the £10 deposit to another workshop.
