I am a yoga teacher and ayurvedic student teaching yoga to people of all walks of life in London. I love practising yoga and studying all the aspects of the yogic philosophy (hence studying ayurvedic medicine). It is a privilege to share what I have learned in my continuing yogic journey

Private Teaching

One-to-one Yoga instruction

Yoga can be taught on a one-to-one or in small groups such as with friends, collagues or with family.

A small group or a private class insures that the class is centred around your requirements. Whether it is working with

In private classes the teacher has time to concentrate on your body and your alignment. We will work together on your own practise and if you have specific targets we will design a programme for you.

This way you will develop a safe and efficient yoga practise whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner.

Each session's length is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Longer sessions including workshops can be arranged.
